Refund Policy
Please ensure that you select your products carefully as we will not exchange or refund products that have been incorrectly ordered by the customer. If you have ordered incorrectly there will be a 3% service fee to refund any products that were over ordered or are less than the original value of the purchase. No service fees will apply if colour changes are needing to be made or if the item is of the same value.
Any orders that you would like to add to, please create a new order and choose the same delivery week or pick up date and make a note on the order so we can package them up together.
Fundraiser Return Policy:
Cancellation or modification of a fundraiser order can not be done after April 30th.
A customer may exchange any of the purchased products within 3 days of delivery after approval by the greenhouse. The greenhouse requires photo proof by email of the unsatisfactory product within 24 hours of receiving the product. The return of any product is conditional on the products being returned in their original condition and in the original containers.
If the product is purchased through a fundraiser the customer MUST contact their fundraising group to arrange for the exchange of goods. Glenlea Greenhouses will then arrange for the exchange through the fundraising group. Glenlea Greenhouses will not accept the return of damaged products or products that have not been properly watered or handled, except in cases where products were damaged prior to delivery to the fundraising group or during. The onus of proof of damage prior to delivery resides with the customer.
Home Delivery/ Curbside Pickup Return Policy:
Orders that are changed or cancelled after April 30th are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Pickup or delivery orders that are cancelled within 72 hours of chosen date are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If you would like to make a change to your pickup date, we require a minimum of 72-hour notice of change by email. The sooner you know of any changes you would like to make regarding your pickup order please let us know. Please wait until you receive a response email regarding your order pickup to ensure the greenhouse has acknowledged your requested change.
Delivery orders will be provided with their delivery date a minimum of a week before delivery. If the date that your order has been assigned to does not work for you, we will try and accommodate your order on another date. Please let us know as soon as possible regarding delivery changes as the earlier the change is made the better the chance to get it adjusted. Orders will be delivered on regular business days including the Friday leading up to the long weekend. We will not deliver on Victoria Day. If you would like a specific date to have your plants on, we suggest curbside pick up as it is the most precise method of having your plants ready.

Any products that are deemed unsatisfactory by the customer must be returned to the greenhouse in the original containers they were shipped in.
All curbside orders should be visually inspected prior to leaving the greenhouse by the customer to ensure the plants are correct and in good, healthy condition. A packing slip is provided with each order to allow for the customer to verify the order. The greenhouse is not responsible for plants that break during the transport from the greenhouse to the customers final destination.
Please water your plants upon arrival and give them water as required until planting. Once planted continue to water as required. If your plant is looking droopy or dry, check the soil moisture level. Over watering of plants can result in the plants having the same symptoms as a dry plant. Plants are living things and require attention. Glenlea Greenhouses will not accept the return of damaged products due to any environmental conditions such as frost, hail, wildlife, incorrect planting location, incorrect care, lawn mowers, spray drift, pets, or anything that is out of our control.
