Glenlea Greenhouses is offering you a unique opportunity to raise funds by selling a product that is quickly becoming the number one hobby in North America, gardening. How many times have you purchased a fundraising product only to put it in a drawer and forget about it, or spend several times the actual value for the product, just because it was Janie's fundraiser? Our suggested retail prices are equal to or below that of your average garden center, with proven quality.

On average, a consumer will spend $70 annually on bedding plants alone. Multiply this number by the number of families in your organization, as well as their grandparents, aunts, neighbors and friends. Now you can start to visualize the potential of this fundraiser.

Glenlea Greenhouses is a family owned business established in 1992. The owners Sue and Rob MacLeod have been providing groups with an alternative to traditional fundraising for the past nine years. Located 15 minutes south of Winnipeg on Highway #75 the Greenhouse provides an enjoyable alternative to the busy garden centers in the city.

As word of mouth spreads of the success of plant fundraisers with Glenlea Greenhouses to new groups and schools, delivery dates book up quickly. We try to book no more than three fundraiser deliveries per day during the busy spring rush. This allows us time on your delivery day to unload, answer questions and get ready for our next day’s delivery. Therefore if your group is considering this fundraiser it is important that you contact us soon as available delivery dates are limited.

We have three programs to offer this year. The FULL PROGRAM includes perennials, annuals, hanging baskets, planters, market packs, vegetables, herbs, patio tomatoes and plant cards. For groups that want a small program, the SPRING FLOWERS PROGRAM is available. The selection is reduced to hanging baskets and planters, annual specials such as geraniums, market packs and plant cards. For groups that don’t have the facilities to handle the plants, PLANT CARDS can be sold by themselves.

Plant Cards are our own gift certificates which are sold for $25 each and are redeemable at the greenhouse. With the full program and spring flower program we offer the most poplar bedding plants, however we can’t offer everything. At the greenhouse you will find our full selection of annuals, hanging baskets, perennials, basket stuffers and other unique crops.
